Chess Tutor Licence Conditions
You only need one licence per household for each Step of the Chess Tutor. This means that, for example, if you wish to use the Chess Tutor on both your desk-top machine and your notebook, then you only have to purchase one licence. Similarly, a single licence is sufficient if you use the program on your own computer and your son or daughter has it on the machine in his or her room.
Volume licences for schools and clubs are calculated on the basis of the number of computers on which any one Step of the Tutor is installed. For example, a school requires 10 licences if it wishes to install one of the Steps of the Tutor on 10 of the school’s computers. A chess club with 3 computers needs 3 licences. These licences are only valid for the computers in the school or in the club, not for private computers owned by the pupils or the chess club members.
